Daphney Joseph

Daphney Joseph is a bilingual actor, improviser and producer born & raised in Montreal. She moved to Toronto, after college to pursue her passion. She studied Theatrical Performance at Seneca College. She graduated from the Conservatory and the Longfrom Program at the Second City Training Centre. She’s part of the cast of the Second City Education Company and has performed in “Selfie First: a Guide to Wellness” (dir. Nigel Downer) and “What the Elf” (dir. Leslie Seiler). She was part of Season 1 Bad Dog Feature Players & Theatresports. Her comedy duo Coko & Daphney has performed at Harbourfront Centre, SheDot Festival, BCIF, Montreal Improv Festival, Ottawa Improv Festival, Boston Comedy Art Festival, Del Close Marathon NYC, Philly Improv Festival and many more.

Daphney also improvises in French with “Les Improbables” and they’ve competed twice at the “SMOG” in Montreal. Her French sketch troupe “Boubbie Trappe” performed at Montreal SketchFest. She was part of a prank show on TFO new network TFO FLIP. She currently producing her own web series called Chez Daphney.
