Rhiannon Archer

Rhiannon Archer is a comedian, writer, actress and storyteller hailing from Toronto Canada. She has appeared as a regular on YTV’s “Extreme Babysitting”, The Super Channel’s “Too Much Information”, Much Music’s “Video on Trial”, and recently CTV’s “The Beaverton”. Her writing been featured in such publications as Readers Digest, CBC’s Comedy and Bite.ca.

Named one of “Six Hilarious Female Comedians You Don’t Know Yet—But Should” by BitchMedia, she has been a part of many comedy festivals throughout North America such as Just For Laughs 42, NXNE, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Dark Comedy Festival, Boston Women in Comedy and the Seattle International Comedy Competition.

In 2015 she wrote and stared in her solo show, Life Records, for a sold out run at the Toronto Fringe. It received 4 N’s from NOW magazine and was named top 10 of this year’s Fringe by BlogTO.

In addition, she has been nominated for 2 Canadian Comedy Award for Best Newcomer and Best Comedy short, One Woman Show, which she wrote and was the lead role.

She lives in Toronto with her husband, baby and decrepit dog, Beefy. She cannot do mathematics under pressure. She enjoys Sour Key candies and dislikes cilantro.
